"We had the best experience with Advantage Home Inspections. I was purchasing an almost 30 year old house with everything original and really needed a a company that had an eye for detail to do our home inspection. We called and made an appointment with Tom. He was arrived on time, was very professional and had a great sense of humor too! He did a thorough inspection of our home, we then reviewed his inspection data and spent a good amount of time going over all our concerns, etc…. His Team quickly responded to some questions a few days later regarding the report. I would recommend this company to anyone that wanted a professional and thorough inspection experience. This inspection company was far better than any other inspection firms we have used with previous home purchases."

"I recently had the opportunity to work with Tom of Advantage Home Inspections. Tom was absolutely amazing. He arrived promptly and then checked every area from top to bottom of our new home. We didn't even realize that an inspector should inspect all the items he covered. Tom was more thorough than any other inspector we had previously hired. Tom responded immediately to my call for his services; a date was lined up per my convenience and a quote was given over the phone, followed by a confirmation text immediately. We were present during the inspection; Tom was on time, very patient with as many questions we had, very thorough with his poking and prodding into every nook and cranny and had his report compiled and emailed as soon as his inspection was completed. Our realtor was also on the premises, asking many questions, in addition to reviewing the Sellers Real Estate Property Disclosure.
